Think of your body as a system — a closed system.
There are inputs and outputs, but what happens within that system determines its overall health and harmony.
Imagine a reservoir that only receives water but never lets any out. Over time, the water becomes stagnant. The same happens in your body and mind.
When experiences, emotions, or stresses come in — if they’re not released — they accumulate and create imbalance.
Every event, whether positive or negative, brings energy into your system. When you release what has happened — letting go of emotions, memories, or tension — your system can reset and flow freely.
But when you hold onto these energies (perhaps because you don’t know how to let go, or because part of you feels justified in holding onto pain or resentment), congestion forms.
A congested system creates distortions within inner landscape.
Distortions show up as looping thoughts, fears, resentments, and projections. The stored emotions from the past spill into the present. This disharmony is what keeps you feeling stuck, reactive, or drained.
The more you suppress and push down the emotions, the more the system projects these same past emotions onto your present life.
All in an attempt to get your attention and finally take the steps to clear out and create more space.
As you grow spiritually or deepen self-awareness, you naturally open to higher frequencies — more energy, more life.
But if you haven’t cleared the old emotional buildup, those unprocessed feelings eventually surface. They’re amplified because you’re now allowing more energy through your system. The system doesn’t discriminate between “positive” or “negative” energy — it simply amplifies whatever is present.
This is why clearing is essential. As your system upgrades, it requires release. Old, dense emotions simply can’t resonate with the new level of harmony you’re embodying.
First, you have to choose to feel better.
This decision takes courage. It's not easy to meet and release what’s stored.
Once you make the choice, tools are needed to move emotions through safely — without reliving trauma or causing harm to yourself or others.
One powerful method comes from Gay and Katie Hendricks, who describe emotions as having a beginning (when you feel them), a middle (the messy, uncomfortable part you often suppress), and an end. When you allow yourself to feel an emotion all the way through, it completes its natural cycle and releases from your body and psyche.
They suggest using movement and voice to help emotions discharge: swing your arms, lift your legs, move in ways you normally wouldn’t, and say aloud:
“I give myself permission to feel "sad/angry/frustrated" in a friendly way.”
As you move, express what arises — sadness, anger, fear, anxiety — let your body and voice release what words alone can’t.
Often, you’ll find emotions you weren’t even aware of rising to be seen and healed.
Another way to release is to clear energetically — using awareness and intention rather than physical movement.
This is especially helpful in the moment: during a disagreement, a stressful meeting, or when you’re triggered.
With practice, you can release tension and return to calm in seconds or minutes, allowing you to respond rather than react.

Heightened emotions rob you of energy — and of choice.
When your body floods with stress hormones, your mind becomes cloudy, and your nervous system shifts into survival mode: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. In that state, you’re reacting automatically, not consciously.
When you release the emotional charge and calm your system, your rational mind comes back online.
You regain access to your inner power, your clarity, and your ability to choose how to respond — with love, composure, and presence.
From calm, you’re not just peaceful — you’re powerful. You can act with discernment, compassion, and strategy, rather than being pulled by old emotions or unconscious patterns.
Clearing out is not about becoming emotionless — it’s about keeping your system flowing, responsive, and alive.
When you learn to regulate yourself in the moment, you reclaim your energy, your power, and your freedom to create life from resonance instead of reaction.
Clearing out is essential, and only the beginning.
Once clear you also have the ability to consciously create the inner state you want to experience in the moment — no matter what is happening around you: calm, confidence, joy, clarity, or power.
That’s where The Resonance Method comes in.
