Weekly live RESET sessions

Every Thursday at 6pm MST, Salenta leads a 60-minute live group session — guided practice, real-time recalibration, and integration. Sessions are recorded and available 24 hours after each call.

Do I need a lot of time for this?

The daily practice is 5 minutes. The weekly live session is one hour, every Thursday at 6pm MST. The training modules are self-paced in the Inner Expansion app. This was built for people who don't have extra time — because those are the people who need it most.

I've never done energy work or body-based practice before. Is this for me?

Yes — and no background is required. The method is grounded, practical, and immediately applicable. What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and made available in the Inner Expansion app within 24 hours. We recommend attending live when possible — the group dynamic is part of the practice — but life happens, and nothing is lost if you can't make a session.
